Omnimenu app
A React Native app taken to its first production release.
The problem
A startup needed its first production release, shipped fast by a distributed team.
What I built
- Led design and development of major features, built for performance across devices.
- Owned the deployment lifecycle, from CI/CD to App Store submission and updates.
- Main technical contact for the founder, aligning frontend, backend and design.
- Directed and mentored the freelance developers who shipped it.
